| Every year we conduct an excellent training conference focusing on interstate
issues and other key topics.

ERICSA also has an active
legislation and policy committee that issues position papers on proposed changes to
child support laws and rules. ERICSA has joined forces with other child support
associations to defeat attempts to cut funding for child support program operations.
We are committed to improving the delivery of child support services, promoting best
practices, and preventing harm to the program.
